Check-in went smoothly. The staff member at the front desk was welcoming, and I was glad to bring my emotional support animal along for just a $10 fee. The room had a comfortable bed and a functioning refrigerator, which made it easy to store drinks and snacks. However, I noticed some significant issues. The toilet was not secured to the floor and rocked dangerously while in use. There was a stale smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room, which was unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was quick, and I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities, but the noise from traffic outside made it difficult to rest. Unfortunately, cleanliness was lacking. I saw roaches on more than one occasion during my stay, which was alarming. Additionally, the towels were thin, and I couldn’t obtain more after hours. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this place without significant updates.

However, my room's microwave was unplugged and a bit charred—like a horror movie in appliance form! And let's just say the shower had a personality of its own—quite a splash!

Beds were super comfy, and I appreciated having a fridge in the room to stash snacks. Wi-Fi was fast, which was a plus. The vibe was chill for a family trip, but I seriously noticed some stains on the sheets, which ain't great. Still, my emotional support animal was welcome, so that helped!

During a 2-night stay in a non-smoking king room, I appreciated the comfort of the clean beds and the convenience of having a refrigerator. Wi-Fi was reliable, enabling me to stay connected. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was poor, leading to restless nights due to outside traffic noise. Additionally, some areas may need refreshing to enhance the overall experience, as the facilities felt slightly dated.
